Student Wellbeing Workshop Form 6: Managing Examination Stress

Form 6 thoroughly enjoyed a wellbeing workshop this week which offered them practical techniques to help them recognise and cope with stress in a healthy way.

They learned how stress is a natural reaction to challenges and changes, and everyone experiences it in their daily lives from time to time. They learned how to recognise stress and engaged in hands-on exercises, like breathing techniques and mindfulness games, leaving them empowered and more confident to handle stressful situations.
