Sam is a highly experienced Management Consultant with extensive knowledge in leading the people side of change. With over 20+ years’ experience, he has managed complex people-centred change delivering cost efficiencies to directly improve organisational and bottom-line performance. Sam has a strong background in Organisational Change Management, Organisational Design and Development and strategic Human Resource Management. Sam has partnered and coached business leaders to develop effective solutions to a range of difficult business scenarios. He works across a wide range of sectors within global business environments including MedTech/pharmaceuticals, financial services, agriculture, professional services, construction and civil engineering, energy, automotive hospitality and event management as well as non-profit and higher education sectors. He holds several professional certifications including CIPD and am MPA in Leadership.
